HOW TO GET THERE
THE SITE IS JUST 2.5 HOURS DRIVE AWAY FROM ATHENS AND 40 MINUTES DRIVE FROM THE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT OF KALAMATA (KLX) WITH DIRECT FLIGHTS FROM MANY EUROPEAN DESTINATIONS.
CARPOOLING WILL BE USED IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE TRANSPORTATION OF THE FESTIVAL GOERS.
THE EXACT LOCATION OF THE FESTIVAL WILL BE REVEALED ONLY TO THOSE ATTENDING FEW DAYS BEFORE IT STARTS.
TICKET TERMS:
Exceptions to this are force majeure. The parties consider civil war, natural disaster, rebellion, and terrorist acts to be force majeure. The event is rain or shine. The purchaser and/or bearer of Otro Mundo Festival ticket understands that he/she is purchasing this ticket to the Otro Mundo Festival and not a particular artist’s performance. Thus, the purchaser and/or bearer of the ticket understands, acknowledges and will not expect a refund for the purchase of the ticket for any artist cancellations for any reason. Artist line-up and schedule are subject to change at any time.
Entering the event area is at your own risk. Otro Mundo Festival and its employees cannot be held liable for any injury, material damage and immaterial damage of the visitors of the location/event.
The holder of a ticket is entitled to receive a festival wristband between 29 April 2022 (15:00) – 01 May 2022 (midnight) at the entrance of the festival held during this time. In order to claim the festival wristband you will have to confirm your identity.
You can enter the venue only with the wristband you get at the gates. The wristband is personalized and non-transferable. Do not remove the wristband from where it was placed on you by the organizers during your participation in the event, wear it at all times! It is your responsibility to make sure that it remains intact and undamaged. Wristbands that have been removed, transferred, damaged or tampered with become INVALID: you cannot use them to enter or stay on the festival territory. The wristband cannot be exchanged for money. By showing and/or wearing the wristband on the premises you accept the Terms and Conditions of the event, which you have understood and accepted before entering. In particular, you expressly consent to your appearance in video and/or audio recordings on site and accept that such recordings may be made public without your further permission. You also understand and accept that in case of a serious violation of the Terms and Conditions (e.g. causing harm to yourself and others, trafficking in illegal drugs or offering, advertising thereof, etc.), the organizers have the right to and will remove your wristband and will expel you from the premises of the festival.
